Sizing details
The best outcome for everyone is to get it right the first time, so PLEASE ask the target of your gift giving for their size information! Actual MEASUREMENTS are much more useful than a size name, as terms like "Medium" actually have no standardized meaning--ESPECIALLY for women's garments.
Please see the last image in each listing for a Size Chart!
NOTE
All of the WOMEN's garments have an HOURGLASS shape, or waist. See one of the men's styles if you don't want that.
Exchange For Fitment
NOTE clearance, customized, and garments printed with a production partner (most multi-color art) CANNOT be exchanged. The relevant exchangeability policy is specified in each listing.
I accept exchanges up to 90-days (ONLY of art I screen print in-house, so single-color prints). The best outcome for everyone is to get it right the FIRST time, so please see my Sizing Details FAQ.
Only unworn (other than to try on), unwashed items in their original condition may be exchanged. You pay return shipping and any difference in price between the original and replacement item.

Defective Product
If you received a defective item, or the wrong item, please write to me and describe what seems to have gone wrong. Attach a photo if that seems appropriate.
Poop sometimes happens. My sincere apologies if I contributed to it happening to you! I will do my best to make it right for you.
Custom and personalized orders
If you would like one of my designs printed on a specific brand/style/size/color of garment/thing that I do not offer, feel free to ask. I'll let you know if the design would work as desired, and what, if any, additional expense it would entail.
Also, if you would like to customize the art of a design in some way, let me know what you have in mind. Even trivial seeming changes actually involve a fair amount of behind the scenes busywork and messing about with files and uploads and databases ... so I would likely require a nominal charge to cover at least that boring part of the work.
NOTE Customized items are not returnable/refundable (except for manufacturing defects).
Gift wrapping and packaging
We believe in DIY gift wrapping. So, yeah, Do It Yourself! ;-)

Cancelling an Order
I do not accept cancellations. However, if you make a change or cancellation request before I start work on your order (or hand it off to a production partner), I may--solely at my discretion--change or cancel it per your desire. Once I have irrevocably committed time and materials to your order (or my production partner has), you will be expected to pay for it; this includes my acquiring materials required for a custom order.
Shipping
Items I print in-house (mugs, cards, single-color garment prints) will ship separately from items printed by a production partner (most multi-color art printed on garments).
